- Developed the IT department’s first communications plan. Responsible for all departmental communications to promote our services, including service announcements, marketing, website maintenance, social media, video creation, and project-based work.
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate Tech Tuesdays, a weekly session promoting IT services via live and online demos. Reached over 1,400 attendees in 2020.
- Coordinate marketing for annual SMARTFest, which educates the WCM community on our services in a trade show-style format. Our promotion helped attract over 1,100 attendees at our last event.

- Miami-Dade Blue: Miami-Dade’s health care plan for low-income residents. Within first three months of the program’s launch, more than 800 residents were enrolled in half the time projected.
- Haitian Food Shortage: Coordinated 2008 media campaign which collected and delivered over 19 tons of food to Haiti.
- Mom & Pop Small Business Grants: Consistent media communication and online social networking boosted interest and application submissions for this grants program, with approximately 9,000 application downloads from our website.
- Organized press conferences and interviews. Fielded inquiries and public records requests from press.
